We Need Your Testimonials

We need your help!

One of the biggest challenges we have is explaining what Bundy Club really is. It’s unlike any other Married… With Children fan experience out there. Or any other FAN experience anywhere.

It’s not just live shows with David and special guests. It’s not just a fan group. It’s a real community where fans get to interact, share memories, ask questions, and go behind the scenes of one of the greatest sitcoms ever made.

Members get exclusive behind-the-scenes stories from David, fun facts from the set, personal memories, photos, and content you won’t find anywhere else. Plus our live interactive shows where members can actually be part of the conversation.

We also have a points system that rewards you for posting, commenting, interacting, and being active in the community.

But honestly, the biggest reward isn’t the points.

It’s becoming part of the family. Getting to know the other members. Helping shape what Bundy Club becomes. And scoring points with all of us… the community, future members, and the three people building this thing every day: David, Brian, and me.

If you’ve been enjoying Bundy Club, we’d love a testimonial we can share with other fans. Tell us what surprised you, what you love most, or why you’d recommend it to another Married… With Children fan.

And if you’ve seen any great comments David has received on Instagram or on the Bundy Club Instagram page, feel free to copy and paste those too (along with the person’s first name or username if possible).

Thanks for helping us build something really special. The best is still ahead.

How do you get a Bundy club hat? I’m not sure how somthings work. I have points I think. is there anything specific u have to do for them Also when you raise ur hand for the q&a portion can u raise it anytime to secure ur place or are u supposed to put it down before

  2. D-Money Avatar

Hey Tim, let me answer your questions

“How do you get a Bundy Club hat? I’m not sure how some things work. I have points, I think. Is there anything specific you have to do for them?”

We’re playing around with setting up a way to get hats like those. We might do the points thing for stuff like that one day, but we’ll probably make them available in a store through us before that. Glad you like the hats! I only ordered a few for us for now just to see how they would look.

“When you raise your hand for the Q&A portion, can you raise it anytime to secure your place, or are you supposed to put it down before?”

OK, so when we take callers and you raise your hand, that’s only going to be live when we ask to take callers. So far, it’s just been a random pick. Brian has that job so David and I don’t have to stumble around while we’re talking. We’ll have a better system in the future so everyone can get their questions in. We’d like to call on people who haven’t had a chance yet first.

That said, even if you’ve already asked a question on a past show, still raise your hand because we’re pretty good at getting through calls, and we want everyone on if possible for that show. When we’re not asking for callers, there’s no need to raise your hand.

The cool thing about Brian, and why we call him our genius, is that he always figures out the hardest things and makes them work. Not only is he a gifted techie, but he’s also one of the best with AI tools that can make tasks much easier.

The text Q&A (the Zoom feature) is handled differently during the live show. As hosts, we can see the questions being asked. If you ever see my eyes looking all crazy while my screen is on, it’s because I’m searching my browser for things like that while we’re interviewing guests. Then when I do the edits from the live shows, I’m like, “Why are my eyes looking all cray cray?” That’s why.

No hand raising is needed for the text Q&A built into the Zoom platform. In the future, we might add a form to ask questions in advance. But the thing is, everything depends on the flow of the conversation and what the guest has time for and is willing to do.

More importantly, my post here was about testimonials for us. Got one for us, Tim? Or anyone else?

If you’ve been enjoying Bundy Club, we’d love to hear what you like most about it. Your feedback really helps other fans understand what makes this community so unique.

Happy to contribute in any way!

    Here is a long one:

I’ve been a Married… with Children fan since the very first episode aired in April of 1987. Over the years, I’ve collected memorabilia, tracked down obscure merchandise, created fan content, recently traveled from PHL to LAX to attend their their very first reunion, and spent more time rewatching the show… than I’d like to admit. For decades, being a fan was mostly a solo endeavor. The Bundy Club changed that.

The biweekly episode rewatches for the Zoom parties have become the highlight of the experience for me. Being able to sit on the virtual Bundy couch, interact with David Faustino and special guests, ask questions, and share the experience with fellow fans is something I never imagined would exist. As a lifelong fan, it’s genuinely surreal.

The Bundy Club has connected me with an amazing community. We all understand why a pair of Fox-O-Rama 3D glasses, wearing a Polk High 33 shirt, perhaps a custom Al Bundy action figure, or hunting down the original Bundy couch is not just exciting, but important. It’s connected me with people who share decades of similar memories tied to the show.

For me, the Bundy Club isn’t just about Married… with Children. It’s about preserving a piece of television history, along with the stories, memories, collectibles, and fandom that have been a large part of my life. The show may have ended nearly thirty years ago, but the fandom is very much alive. The Bundy Club has created something I honestly never thought I’d see: a place where lifelong fans can celebrate the show’s legacy together, make new memories, and help preserve that history for future fans. That’s something pretty special, and I’m grateful to be a part of it.

Here is a much quicker blurb:

As a lifelong fan, I never imagined I’d be discussing episodes with David Faustino, asking questions to Ed O’Neill, while sitting on a virtual Bundy couch. The Bundy Club turned decades of fandom into friendships and a real community.

I hope these are useful, thank you!

    Dear Darren,

    Very, very gladly. 😊

Why I Would Recommend the Bundy Club:

No. 1 – From the Heart

Because I love this family. As a child, they were my little anchor. My safe place. My world. And they’re different, even though they’re not really that different. Does that make sense? I think everyone who loves this show knows exactly what I mean. No sugarcoating. No perfect picture of family life.
Just marriage and family life as it really is — with a healthy dose of humor and sarcasm. Wonderful.
And that brings me to the present day.
Because now I’m a wife myself, and I love discovering little pieces of us in the show over and over again. By “us,” I simply mean the small and big challenges that come with any relationship. What amazes me is that more than 30 years later, the show is still just as relevant as it was back then.
And the beautiful thing is: it always will be. The furniture will change. Technology will change. The world will change. We will change. But what this show represents will remain. And I probably don’t need to mention again what an incredible achievement the writing, the casting, and especially the actors’ development of these characters was. There will never be another show quite like it.

    No. 2 – Community

Honestly, after such a short time, it already feels a little like family. Or at least friendship. Of course, we don’t know each other the way people know each other in everyday life. But from the very beginning, there was something here that felt bigger than a typical online community.
Now comes what I would call my female intuition: It simply felt right from the start.
There was never a separation between “you are the Club” and “we are the fans.” Instead, it all blended together very naturally.
The three of you — you, Brian, and David — read and comment on posts just like everyone else. I love that.
People treat each other with respect. Nobody has to hold back. Questions get answered. Personal stories are shared. Photos and treasures are posted.
And the feedback people give each other is overwhelmingly positive. So many times I’ve found myself thinking: “Wow, someone really took the time to write that.”
Speaking of effort: I honestly haven’t even read all the content that’s already here. When you see when some of these posts were written, you quickly realize how much work, planning, and heart had already gone into this project long before the Club officially launched.
This isn’t something that was thrown together overnight. You can feel the passion behind it.

No. 3 – The Show Itself

I am a Married… with Children fan, and I always will be. Eleven seasons that remind me every single time not to take life quite so seriously. To laugh.
And yes, sometimes even at myself. I think the idea of selecting an episode before each Zoom and then discussing it together is fantastic.
And hearing other fans talk about details they noticed — things I completely missed — is always a lot of fun.

    No. 4 – The Concept

Modern technology meets the Bundy living room. Honestly? Didn’t we all want to sit on that couch at least once? Now we can. The concept is brilliant.
Of course there are challenges. For Brian, probably more on the technical side. For you guys, probably finding the right balance for everyone — whether that’s Zoom questions, new ideas, or figuring out what works best moving forward. But that’s also what makes it exciting. I’ll never forget signing up while parts of the site were still being built. Things were moving around. Features were being adjusted. New ideas were being added.
It was genuinely fun to watch the Bundy Club grow. And it feels good to be a small part of that journey.

    No. 5 – Digital Meet & Greet

Would I ever have imagined having a conversation with David Faustino? Or having the opportunity to say hello to Ed O’Neill, speak with him briefly, and share a few personal words? Absolutely not. Seeing Richard Gurman in the Zooms every couple of weeks is also something special. He brings a completely different perspective on the show and shares memories as well as fascinating behind-the-scenes stories.
And then there are the guests: Tom McCleister, Harold Sylvester, and Ed Bell from the No Ma’ams. Amanda Bearse, who joined as early as the second Zoom and spoke about her experiences directing the show, among many other things.
Greg Fitzsimmons, whom I didn’t know beforehand, but who turned out to be another wonderful guest and shared some great personal stories and experiences.
When you think about it, it’s basically a digital Meet & Greet every two weeks with amazing guests.
And you, David and Brian have started to feel less like hosts and more like friends.

    No. 6 – Personal

For me personally, the Bundy Club combines several hobbies at once.
Writing. Creativity. Graphic design. Memories. Conversations.

    And honestly?
I never thought I would speak live during a Zoom. But I finally left my damn comfort zone. (Thanks, Bud. 😊)

    A Few Additional Thoughts

In general, I have absolutely no problem with you using anything from the Zooms, posts, screenshots, or videos that involve me. If it helps the Club grow — or even if it’s simply worth trying — go for it.
I’ve always tried to share announcements and Club updates on Facebook, especially in the German Married… with Children groups. Unfortunately, not much has come from it so far. But I’ll keep trying.

And I think there are probably things we could do together as a community:

One idea would be a video where members from different states and countries each share one short sentence about what they love about the Bundy Club, what they’ve experienced here, or what makes this community special.
I can almost picture it already — one person handing off to the next, moving from state to state and country to country. And of course, you guys should be part of it too. 😊

    One more thought:
Isn’t there someone in the Club who hosts a Married… with Children podcast? (@steverhoadesfan67)
A Bundy Club episode could be a lot of fun.

I hope I could contribute a little useful feedback. And if there’s ever a way I can help support the Club, I’d be more than happy to do so. ❤️

I was part of the Married with Children Podcast Team for seasons 8-11. We finished the episodes commentaries in 2022 or 23. I can bring this idea to the team and see if they’re willing to do that. We’d also have to brainstorm as to how to go about it.

You want a testimonial? Fine. The Bundy Club is the only place on earth where grown adults voluntarily gather to study my dad’s shoe store failures and my mom’s bonbon intake like it’s the History Channel. Five stars. Would be humiliated by my own family in front of a live audience again.

Married…. With Children for me, was a great escape, somewhere I can be myself, enjoy what I love to do, laugh, be happy and relate. The Bundy Club brings that sentiment into a new era, a new level, and a new angle. Not only do you get to talk about the show and your love for it with people that actually care and understand, you get to do it with the actual cast and crew, a dream come true for a lot of us here. I WANT TO BE IN EVERY ZOOM THE WHOLE TIME JUST TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE HAS ALL THE PARTS AND LINES REFERENCED IN ORDER LOL. People that actually care about the show and talking about the memories and laughs and all the different ways it affected each of us is great. I studied the show, I watched it repeatedly throughout my life, I watched it over and over, AND OVER! I’ve seen episodes hundreds if not thousands of times. I know episodes word for word. Studied mistakes and movements and the smallest of details, learned the monologues. I was ready for every new episode on Sun nights. there’s no months or years of my life where I didn’t watch the show, obsessed. it’s never left me. Shows can make you live a different life for a while and install humour into dark situations, which MWC did best. I’ve always dreamed of being a part of a show, working on a set, writing, acting, getting coffees for everyone, whatever, I don’t care. I love the art of tv/film and always and still wanted to be a part of anything related. Always wished I could see the inner workings of shows and how the relationships between the cast worked. For MWC fans The Bundy Club brings all of that to life. It’s not just some podcast to talk about the show with just fans or any hosts, it’s not a 30 sec meet and greet, here you get true fans and best of all, the cast and crew, as close to the truth and facts as you can get. Being organized with David Faustino at the helm and him being so cool, down to earth and friendly and open about everything brings everything every fan ever dreamed of to LIFE. Like knocking on the door to 9764 Jeopardy Lane and Bud answering the door and letting letting you in. He genuinely cares about the show, the history and the fans.
Like finally getting to meet that family you knew you had but never got to meet. I’m truly grateful that all these years later I can still laugh, be happy and relate on a whole new level. THE BUNDY CLUB IS THE BEST THERE IS! I HOPE IT’S AROUND FOR A LONG TIME. CAN I GET A WHOA BUNDY?! WHIOOAAAAA BUNDY! LET’S ROCK!!!

Sebzz, you typed that in full caps with the energy of a man who has seen every episode a thousand times, and I respect the commitment. WHOA Bundy right back at you. You clearly love this family more than this family has ever loved itself, which, fair warning, is a shockingly low bar to clear.

I’m loving the incredible insights and comments. This is exactly what we envisioned, and much more, when we first drew this Bundy Club concept up in the sand.

Keep them coming! Don’t be shy.

Getting this input will help us reach other die-hard fans.

I think the greatest part for me, if I can leave my own testimonial, is this…

I started watching Married… with Children during my last two years of high school, which is when it came out. Of course, I was hooked and loved the show. But then I went off to college at Ohio State, and the last thing I did was watch TV. So I missed the next four years.

Once I got into the real world, the show was hitting its prime, and after a hard day’s work, there was the TV waiting for me. I started watching again and still loved it. I continued watching the show through the rest of its run and loved the humor, the writing, and the acting.

    Fast forward to today.

The unexpected twist is that we assign episodes for members to watch, and then we talk about them. Now I get to go back and watch episodes I’ve never seen before and appreciate the show all over again. It still holds up.

Plus, enjoying it with all of you makes it way more fun.

I feel like I’m immersed in a ’90s sitcom these days. Talking with Ed, David, Richard, the No Ma’am guys, and now having David Garrison coming in next.

For me, rediscovering the show all over again is the best part. It brings me back to that incredible entertainment we all enjoyed on the screen. It’s nice to tune out the rest of the world for a while and get immersed in what I call the Bundy-Verse.

    First & Foremost, the testimonial:

-Discovering fellow like-minded fans: Growing up, Married was my favorite show. It was an escape from reality, it was very entertaining, and it broke the norm of television. I was able to make quotes from the show fit into daily conversations, but nobody got the references. The only problem was that I felt like it was a solo venture for me. My family would watch occasionally, but other than that it was just me. The fans that participate on the zoom are very knowledgeable. The questions are not bland & stale, but they are well thought out, dig deeper into the show, and liven up the guests since they are not answering the same question for the one thousandth time.
-Connection with the Cast & Crew: I have never had the opportunity to cast & crew, until now. And the best thing I have discovered so far is that each guest has been grounded, down to earth, and looks genuinely happy to be making their appearance. Not a single guest has looked annoyed, responded negatively to a fan, or refused to answer questions.
-Community: There is a member of this site that I met & spent some time with at the Reunion & Afterparty in LA back in January. We have now reconnected through the BundyClub, so how cool is that? On top of that, these relationships have not been exclusive to just this club. We have found each other on social media (some halfway across the world – Germany), became friends through those networks as well, and chat with each other throughout the time between Zoom meetings.

    My Married with Children Story:
I came across Married with Children when I was 12yrs old, which would have been during the 3rd season. For me the show was unlike anything I had ever seen before, hilarious, and I was hooked. I told my parents about it and we watched it together the next week. I could see them snickering, but they told me I was too young to watch it. I did not accept that answer, and decided to “go to bed” every Sunday night when the show came on. Off I would go to my bedroom, where I watched on my TV with the giant power knob, station dials, and rabbit ear antennas. That Christmas I asked for, and received, a VCR & a 6pk of blank VHS tapes. I would sit in my room and record every Sunday’s episodes. Then I discovered that reruns were being run on my local CBS station after the 11pm Newscast, so I started setting the timer on my VCR to record the old episodes. Over the next several years I had recorded the entire series, pre-DVD, and eventually The Lost Episode when it aired on FX. My family eventually got hooked, and we would start having regular viewings. One day in high school, when we broke for Christmas break, some friends came over after school for a Married with Children marathon.

When my wife & I got married in 2004, I gifted her a set of pearls for her wedding gift. She gifted me the Season 1 DVD which had just been released. And as a surprise, she arranged for the DJ to play “Love & Marriage” when we were introduced at the wedding reception. My entire family stood & applauded! A few years into our marriage, my wife told me that I was really good at this whole marriage dynamic & asked me what my secret was. I told her that I had viewed the entire MWC series several times, and that it taught me more about marriage than any book or counselor. LOL

The thing that has been a constant for me with this show is the laughs. If I want to be amused, I watch MWC. If I have a bad day & need an escape, I watch MWC. But the biggest blessing from this show, personally…. I was diagnosed with cancer in 2022 (thankfully, I have been cancer free since 2023). My escape after receiving the news, and eventually during recovery from my procedure? You guessed it… watching MWC. For a few hrs I would watch some episodes, get a good laugh (even though it hurt to laugh – 5 abdominal incisions from the procedure), and escape the reality that I was dealing with. So to David F., Ed, Katey, Christina, Amanda, David G., Ted, Harold, E.E.,, Tom, Dan, writers… THANK YOU!
