General Question
Anything about Bundy Club that doesn’t fit another option: how the club works, what’s included, or where to find something on the site or in the app.
Tech Support
Something isn’t working on BundyClub.com or in the app, like a page that won’t load, a button that does nothing, or a video that won’t play. Tell us your device, add the link to the page, and attach a screenshot if you can.
Subscription and Billing
Questions about your membership payment, a charge you don’t recognize, upgrading, downgrading or canceling. Use the email on your account so we can find your subscription.
Account and Login Help
Trouble signing in, a forgotten password or username, or changing your email. You can reset your password yourself at Reset your password, and in the app you can change it in Me > Settings.
Shop and Merch Order Help
Help with a merch order: shipping, tracking, a wrong size, or a damaged or missing item. Include your order number, which you can find in My Orders, and a photo if something arrived damaged.
Zoom Events and Bundy Breakdown
Questions about live Zooms and the Bundy Breakdown: joining links, times, recordings or episodes. Upcoming events and past episodes are on the Zooms page and in the app’s Zooms tab.
Badges and Membership Levels
Questions about the badges and points you earn, a badge that didn’t show up, or what each membership level includes.
Report a Problem
Report a member, post, comment or message that breaks our community rules, or anything else that needs our attention. Add a link to the post or profile and a screenshot if you have one. You can also tap the “…” menu on any post, comment, message or profile to Report or Block right away. We review every report within 24 hours.
Media, Press and Partnerships
Interview and press requests, sponsorships, brand partnerships and collaboration ideas.
Suggestions and Feedback
Ideas for new features, merch, Zoom topics or anything that would make Bundy Club better. We read every one.
Other
Anything else. Give us as much detail as you can and we’ll point it to the right person.
