Terms of Service

Welcome to the Bundy Club

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bundyclub.com, the Bundy Club app for iPhone and Android, our live Zoom watch parties and events, recordings, community areas, the Bundy Shop, and all related services (together, the “Service”). The Bundy Club is a Married… with Children fan community and membership network run by David Faustino in California, USA (“Bundy Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, buying anything, joining a Zoom, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://bundyclub.cashpassion.com/privacy-policy/, which explains how we collect and use your information. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account, buy a membership or merch, or join a live Zoom.
  • The Service is for adults and is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that someone under 18 has created an account, we may close it.
  • By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and can legally agree to these Terms.

2. Your Account

  • Some features require an account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account.
  • One person per account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account or login.
  • Tell us right away at support@bundyclub.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. Membership Levels

We offer several membership levels. Current levels and prices are shown on our Join page at https://bundyclub.cashpassion.com/join/ and currently include:

  • Freeloader ($0): limited website features and content. No direct interaction with other members. Occasional Zoom invites only if space is available, with no guaranteed access.
  • Bundy Lurker ($5 per month): limited website features and content, interaction with content and other members, the ability to attend and watch our “Bundy Breakdown” Zoom watch parties (participation only if space remains), and on-demand access to past watch party recordings.
  • Slacker Starter ($25 per month): expanded access, including participation in Zoom watch parties, as described on the Join page.
  • Elite Sloucher ($100 per month): our top level, including participation in “Bundy Breakdown” Zoom watch parties, our private community group where you can interact with David Faustino and past watch party guests and VIPs, and on-demand access to recordings of all past watch parties.

Benefits, prices, and the number of Zoom spots can change. Zoom capacity is limited, and higher levels get priority. Badges, points, and levels earned through the Service have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.

4. Billing and Payments

  • Paid memberships are billed in advance, monthly or for a longer term (for example, 6 months or 1 year, when a discount is offered), as shown at checkout.
  • Payments on the website are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
  • You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for all fees, taxes, and renewals you sign up for.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry it, pause, downgrade, or cancel your membership.
  • We may change prices. Price changes for an existing subscription take effect at your next renewal, and we will give you notice before they apply.

5. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate for that period until you cancel. By subscribing, you agree to these recurring charges.

6. Cancellation

  • You can cancel at any time in your account settings, or by emailing support@bundyclub.com from the email on your account.
  • You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Deleting your account also cancels any membership renewals.

7. Refunds

  • Membership subscriptions are non-refundable, including partial billing periods. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
  • We do not offer refunds or credits for unused time, downgrades, or periods you did not use.
  • All fees are otherwise non-refundable, except as stated in these Terms or where required by law.
  • To request a refund, contact support@bundyclub.com using the email on your account.
  • Members removed for breaking these Terms are not entitled to a refund.

8. App Store Purchases

If you buy a membership or anything else through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that purchase is handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds for those purchases are managed through your Apple or Google account, not by us. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Service, but they are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for the app and may enforce them.

9. Live Zoom Watch Parties and Events

Scheduling and appearances

  • Events can be rescheduled, shortened, or canceled, including because of technical problems or guest availability.
  • Celebrity or guest appearances, including David Faustino and any former cast members or special guests, are planned in good faith but are not guaranteed.
  • Spots are limited. Access depends on your membership level and available space.
  • If a paid event you bought separately (such as a Private Zoom) is canceled by us, we will reschedule it for a new date.

Conduct on Zoom

  • Be respectful to hosts, guests, and other members. No harassment, hate speech, nudity, sexual content, or disruptive behavior.
  • Follow host instructions, including muting and camera requests.
  • Do not share Zoom links, meeting IDs, or passwords with anyone.
  • Hosts may mute, remove, or ban anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.

Recordings

  • We frequently record live Zoom watch parties and events and make recordings available to members.
  • By joining a live event, you consent to being recorded (audio and video, including your name, image, voice, and chat) and to the recording being stored, distributed, and made available to members, and used in promotional materials. If you do not want to appear, keep your camera and microphone off.
  • You may not record, screenshot for redistribution, stream, download, or share any Zoom event or recording, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Recordings are for your personal viewing only.

10. Community Guidelines

Bundy Club has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. By posting, commenting, messaging, or otherwise sharing content on the website or in the app, you agree not to post anything that is harassing, threatening, hateful or discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, spam, or that infringes anyone else’s rights.

You can report any post, comment, message, or member using the Report option in the app or on the website, and you can block any member so that you no longer see each other’s content or messages. We review every report within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules will be removed, and the member who posted it may be suspended or permanently banned without notice or refund. To report a concern directly, email support@bundyclub.com.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate other members, hosts, or guests
  • Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or infringing
  • Impersonate any person or entity, including David Faustino, cast members, or staff
  • Share, sell, or transfer your account or login credentials
  • Send spam, chain messages, unsolicited ads, or scams, including through private messages
  • Collect other members’ personal information
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Attempt to circumvent security features, paywalls, or membership restrictions, or interfere with the Service
  • Record or redistribute Zoom events, recordings, or members-only content
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or these Terms

12. Your Content

Ownership and license

You may upload, post, or send photos, videos, comments, messages, profile details, and other content (“User Content”). You keep ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Bundy Club a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with the Service, including recorded watch parties and promotional materials.

You confirm that you own or have permission to share your User Content, that it does not infringe anyone’s rights, and that it follows the law and these Terms.

Visibility

The Bundy Club is a community. Your username, profile photo, profile details, badges, membership level, posts, comments, and group activity can be seen by other members, and some of it may be visible to the public and search engines. Private messages are visible to the people you send them to.

Moderation

We may review, hide, edit for formatting, or remove any User Content at any time, for any reason, including if we think it breaks these Terms. We are not required to monitor content, and we are not responsible for what members post.

Photo uploads

Member uploads are limited to photos in common image formats (JPG, PNG, GIF, and WebP). Only upload photos you took or have the right to share. Do not upload photos of other people in private situations without their consent, photos of minors that are not your own children, or any nudity or sexual content. Size limits may apply.

13. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@bundyclub.com with:

  • Your name and contact information
  • A description of the copyrighted work
  • The link or location of the material on the Service
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter notice to the same address. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

14. Intellectual Property and Fan Site Disclaimer

All content, design, logos, trademarks, recordings, and materials on the Service (except your User Content) belong to Bundy Club or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Bundy Club is an unofficial fan community. Bundy Club and its owners are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the television show Married… with Children, Fox Broadcasting, Sony Pictures Television, Sony Pictures, or any other rights holders of the show, or any of their affiliates. All show-related names, trademarks, characters, and images remain the property of their respective owners. Participation of David Faustino or other cast members does not mean the show’s rights holders endorse the Service.

15. Bundy Shop, Merch, and Private Zooms

  • Product descriptions, prices, and availability can change, and we may limit quantities or cancel orders (with a refund) if there is an error.
  • Most merch is printed on demand and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for giving a correct shipping address. Customs fees and import taxes for international orders are your responsibility.
  • Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or wrong size choices. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, or never arrives, contact support@bundyclub.com within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and a photo if possible, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Private Zooms with David Faustino are scheduled after purchase based on availability. Private Zooms are non-refundable, but they can always be rescheduled. Just contact support@bundyclub.com and we will find a new time that works. Private Zooms are subject to the same conduct and recording rules as other events.

16. Sponsorships

Sponsorships and brand partnerships bought through the Shop or arranged with us are subject to our approval of the sponsor and its materials. We may decline or remove any sponsor content that is misleading, offensive, or illegal, or that does not fit the community. Placement, timing, and deliverables are as described in the product listing or a separate written agreement. Sponsors are responsible for their own claims and must follow advertising laws. Sponsorships are billed as recurring subscriptions. Like memberships, they are non-refundable, and you can cancel anytime to stop future charges, keeping your sponsorship active through the end of the period already paid for. 17. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service uses and links to third-party platforms, including Zoom, Stripe, PayPal, Printful, Apple, Google, and AppPresser. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the performance, security, availability, or content of third-party services or websites.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breaking these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and you remain responsible for any unpaid fees. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as content licenses, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) survive termination.

19. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time from the account or settings area on the website or in the app, or by contacting us. We will delete your account, profile, and content within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account cancels any membership renewals but does not by itself refund past payments. App store subscriptions must also be canceled through Apple or Google. Content you shared in Zoom recordings, or that others have quoted or reshared, may remain.

20. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your requirements. Opinions shared by members, hosts, and guests are their own.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bundy Club and its owners, partners, hosts, and guests shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

22. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bundy Club and its owners, officers, employees, partners, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or anyone’s rights.

23. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • Before filing any claim, please contact support@bundyclub.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to take part in a class action lawsuit. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court instead.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, for example by email or a notice on the site, and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

25. General

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a sale or transfer of the Service.
