Great actor. Would have loved to see more of him as well. The really nailed all of Al’s coworkers as far as casting goes.

Out of all of Al’s co-workers, I enjoyed Griff the best. He just seemed like life had beaten him down to a shell of himself. “I’m divorced, and work in a shoe store………I feel no pain.”

Yes, Griff was absolutely S-Tier casting.

I’m with you on that. Griff was Al’s best coworker for me too.

I wonder why this actor didnt work out? I don’t have a great memory of this one for some reason. I wonder if the producers just didn’t like what he was doing of if the actor had conflicts with another project or what? I have seen this guy in a lot of stuff and he’s always really good. That said some of the greatest actors have a tough time with sitcoms because it’s somewhat of a different beast and takes some time getting used to. Like Hill Harper for instance. He’s a great actor but had a difficult time acclimating to the sitcom format. Love Hill. Still a good friend to this day

Hill would be a really good guest on a Zoom meeting.

Dexter was a short but memorable experience. “There ain’t a damn thing on you that’s baby!”
