Jackie mentioning a Humming scene immediately reminded me of “Rock of Ages” Season 7 Episode 9 when Al was humming into a loaf of bread like a Harmonica as Axl Bundy. LOL!!! XD
As an 84′ baby I didn’t really remember the 80s all too well but I did remember the “We are the World” song since that played all the time on basic channels lol. So when I watched “Old Aid” perform as a kid it was so hilarious! This was a time when “Jingle Bells Batman smells, Robin laid an egg” type humor was prevalent in my age group. So listening to the jokes about being old kept me laughing like crazy. It was one of those episodes where you hoped the roulette of reruns would show it again sooner than later. Now we have streaming 🙂
Rewatching these clips and episodes at 42 makes me really appreciate how special this era of television was where they could push boundaries with raunchiness yet still be absolutely wholesome.
